Appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
